Steps to Reproduce

  1. specs for this issue as it occurs on game launch.
  2. MB: X150-PLUS-WS
  3. CPU: i7-6700K
  4. GPU: GTX 1060 6G
  5. note: svchost.exe has no internet access on my machine, if you are using this within the initialization for the game, it may be the issue.
  6. Further internet restriction is present, but both 'fsd_win64_shipping' and 'ue4prereqsetup_x64' have internet access.

Explanation

On every launch DRG wants to uninstall UE prerequisites, then I have to launch it again to install UE prerequisites and this process breaks the MS Visual C++ runtime by deleting MSVCP140_1.dll and MSVCP140_2.dll files. This may be an edge case.
