Steps to Reproduce
- specs for this issue as it occurs on game launch.
- MB: X150-PLUS-WS
- CPU: i7-6700K
- GPU: GTX 1060 6G
- note: svchost.exe has no internet access on my machine, if you are using this within the initialization for the game, it may be the issue.
- Further internet restriction is present, but both 'fsd_win64_shipping' and 'ue4prereqsetup_x64' have internet access.
Explanation
On every launch DRG wants to uninstall UE prerequisites, then I have to launch it again to install UE prerequisites and this process breaks the MS Visual C++ runtime by deleting MSVCP140_1.dll and MSVCP140_2.dll files. This may be an edge case.
