Steps to Reproduce

1. Call hack-c on a prospector deposit after completing both mission objectives.
2. Find another instance on reddit of a similar bug from 2 years ago, in a different biome.

Explanation

Hack-c not spawning for prospector depo. Mission was short length morkite extraction, in the salt biome. I finished the morkite and 2nd objective (fossils) in the final room of the cave before attempting to call hack-c on the depo. Dwarf said the voiceline about hack-c but no hack-c spawned. I waited several mins then just called the drop pod. I checked the minimap for previous rooms in the cave and used ctrl to try to find hack-c but it never landed.
