Master Volume Ignored by Specific Sounds: Juggling Victory Pose and Driller Explosion

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be me
2. Have something play either of those two sounds
3. Have your ears hurt

Explanation

Some sounds ignore the master volume, which makese themv ery loud compared to everything else. So far i have found only two, those being the "Juggling Victory pose" and some explosion caused by Driller, probably an overclock i dont have unlcoked yet.

I have attached a clip where the issue happens with the Driller, sadly I dont have one where the Juggling animation causes it and I dont have it myself so i cant easily grab one.
