Controller sensitivity issue on right spin during missions

Steps to Reproduce

1. try to interact with anything, or press trigger to shoot.
2. It might take a while but the bug will occur, doesn't need much to happen constantly.

Explanation

When I start a mission, my controller sensitivity drops, like its being dragged only when I try spin to the right, while i can spin fast to the left. A temporary solution is disconnecting the USB cable and connecting again, but on higher hazards or critical situations this keeps hindering my experience and performance. From what I've seen this is happening since 2018. Please fix this.
