Items Required for Secondary Objectives Not Counted if Not Deposited Before Mission Completion

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate a secondary quest that requires 10 Fossils to complete
2. Acquire 10 or more Fossils
3. Complete the mission

Explanation

When completing a mission, not all items in the inventory are counted as "collected".I noticed that items required for a secondary mission are not counted if you don't place them before entering the capsule.

If a secondary objective requires items that can be stored in a pocket (morkite, fossils, holomite, etc.) and you do not put them in the Molly/capsule BEFORE completing the mission, they will not count and the secondary objective will NOT be completed.
