Progress Bar Missing on Salvage Mission Uplink/Refueling After Late Join

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a Salvage mission that is in progress
2. It's hard to time if not prearranged, but join when the refueling or uplink is underway (I joined at around 60% percent)
3. Check to see if the progress bar is there.

Explanation

When joining a salvage mission late, the progress bar for uplink/refueling fails to show up occasionally, even though it is in progress. Happened on an Xbox series S
