Steps to Reproduce

1. It was the 2nd last phase of Heartstone.
2. There was a supply drop ordered.
3. The Heartstone was summoning those rock cages.
4. During the cage formation, I was looting ammo right next to a drop.
5. I fell through the map.

Explanation

During the Drilldozer mission I was restocking on a supply drop. As I began looting for ammo, the Heartstone was forming one of those rock cages around me. I fell through the floor during taking ammo.
