Game Failing to Launch Consistently After Alt+F4 or Menu Exit

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the game, whatever you doing in the game you ill receive this. Leave the game by main menu button or just Alt+F4. Try to reopen it and you will get just a loading screen like on the screen shot. Time playing is riseng but game actually not working

Explanation
Game is not launching.
Game launches one time and after i quit it with alt+F4 or in menu I cant launch it again. Just a screen Deep Rock Galactic. I can launch it one more time after I redownloaded my steam just to play one time and back again with the same problem. I tried everything and everything from guides i found, nothing works.

Have you tried launching in safe mode? Also, if you have a mod sideloader installed, make sure you disable that
Tried to download frash nvidia drivers, DirectX latest version and Microsoft smth C++ and no changest after everything I did. Other games launching correctly so Its not steams issue
Also when i open my task manager i see that drg runs in background mode idk why. Doing copy of the files also not working. I cheked files in steam and it said that all is correct. Tried to launch exe file and everything is same. Just after 1 launch it stops working
I just reseted my PC to first or factory(idk) settings and it fixed somehow
