Game Failing to Launch Consistently After Alt+F4 or Menu Exit

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game, whatever you doing in the game you ill receive this. Leave the game by main menu button or just Alt+F4. Try to reopen it and you will get just a loading screen like on the screen shot. Time playing is riseng but game actually not working
2. Platform PC

Explanation

Game is not launching.
Game launches one time and after i quit it with alt+F4 or in menu I cant launch it again. Just a screen Deep Rock Galactic. I can launch it one more time after I redownloaded my steam just to play one time and back again with the same problem. I tried everything and everything from guides i found, nothing works.
