Stuck in Morkite Pipe after Zip-Line Placement

Steps to Reproduce

1. Shoot a zip-line down that goes along the floor.
2. Place down the Morkite pipes along the zip-line.
3. On top of the Morkite pipe try to mount the line while looking down towards pipe

Explanation

As Gunner, I accidentally got stuck in a liquid morkite pipe after trying to grind but was too close to a zip-line that I had placed down.

I got sent just slightly down into the pipe and couldn't gain any speed to get free.

Even after going down and being revived by Bosco I was still stuck, so instant mission failure.
