Steps to Reproduce
- have someone on open mic
- mute them
- start a mission (you'll hear them again)
Explanation
Mic muting doesn't appear to be universal. Someone had their mic on blast in the game lobby, so I muted them. We start the game, and then I was hearing the guy with the open mic again.
