Explanation

I can’t load deep rock galactic, ever since yesterday after my windows auto updated I haven’t been able to open deep rock as I am met with a crash report labelled EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION followed by what I assume to be the errors I have screenshots that I can show if needed. But on the off chance that it does load it is followed by the beep beep beep of the crash log but it doesn’t show it then the game is very choppy with no more than 30fps. I have read online that this could be caused by mods to when I was able to get in I uninstalled all the mods that I had to attempt to fix it and unsubscribed from them on mod.io. This did not work and the crash log message didn’t change at all. I have also attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game which didn’t work. Attempting to open deep rock on DirectX 12 or 11 and safe mode if followed my the same beep beep beep or an error log but then loading or just not opening because on an error log. Deep rock is the only game that doesn’t work in my steam library so I’m unsure if my game is corrupted or it’s to do with something else. Please get back to me as soon as possible I love this game and don’t want to have to give it up for a reason out of my control.
