Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable "Hide from your friends" option
2. Host or join a lobby that is set to friends-only
3. Have someone else on either persons' friend list attempt to join through the private friend's Steam actions (right click on profile -> "Join game")
4. (If in a public game,) Have someone on your friends list attempt to locate your lobby through the in-game lobby list with the "Friends are playing!" tag

Explanation

Even while enabled, the "Hide from your friends" privacy option still lets players on your friends list join your game, even if you're alone in the Space Rig with no mission selected and in a private lobby. The toggle will disable Steam rich presence details (N/4 players | Hazard N | Location | Class | Playing with N other people), but your friends will still be able to right-click on your profile and join from there.
