Steps to Reproduce

1. launch the game
2. choose a mission
3. problems arise both in the lobby and after descending to the planet

Explanation

In the last 2 weeks, I have encountered a problem: every minute the fps drops from a stable 170 to 1. The screen goes black for 1 second, the sound disappears, after which the game resumes as if nothing happened.
I updated the Nvidia driver and the BIOS driver. I reinstalled the game, disabled mods, and even reset the settings to minimum. Absolutely nothing helped. This behavior is not observed in other games.
