Steps to Reproduce
- launch the game
- choose a mission
- problems arise both in the lobby and after descending to the planet
Explanation
In the last 2 weeks, I have encountered a problem: every minute the fps drops from a stable 170 to 1. The screen goes black for 1 second, the sound disappears, after which the game resumes as if nothing happened. I updated the Nvidia driver and the BIOS driver. I reinstalled the game, disabled mods, and even reset the settings to minimum. Absolutely nothing helped. This behavior is not observed in other games. (win 11, i7-13700HX, RTX 4070 laptop)

This project restricts device information visibility.Reinstalling Windows didn't help either. The new driver, Safe Mode, and -disablemodding also led to nothing. No more ideas. A sharp drop in CPU and GPU load (visible on the graph) at the moment when the black screen occurs.
This is very strange since you already wrote that you tried updating your GPU and BIOS drivers. We dont have a solution, but you can try asking on our Discord in the Bug Discussion channel
