Steps to Reproduce

1. Watch the video clip at 0:43 to observe the issue.
2. Note that the issue occurs throughout the charging of the fuel cells.
3. Observe that the issue happens even when all players are up and in the charging zone.
4. Confirm that the host's game is not modded, but yours is.
5. Verify that no strange events occurred with the uplink.
6. Ensure that you did not enter the uplink's charging zone during the mission.
7. Perform standard mission tasks to see if the issue can be replicated.
