Wave Cooker cannot switch into or out of overcharge state while standing on pipelines

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stand on pipeline with overchargeable wave cooker
2. Press overdrive button
3. Note that it does not change

Explanation

While standing on a pipeline in a refining mission, pressing the button to change my Wave Cooker into or out of overcharged state does not work. In attached video, I am pressing the button almost constantly. You can see it switches when not on the pipeline but it stops switching while I am standing on it (even though I am still pressing the button at the same rate). Have not tested with other weapons, while grinding the pipeline (so to speak), or whether there is a difference with unbuilt vs built pipelines.
