Explanation

Good evening,

After having played Deep Rock Galactic for several years without issues, the game has been crashing repeatedly for about two weeks now during missions.

I’ve already tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Reinstalled and updated my graphics driver
  • Switched to a different graphics driver version
  • Reinstalled the game
  • Fully uninstalled the game, deleted all local data, and then reinstalled

Unfortunately, the problem persists.

  • The crashes occur unpredictably.
  • The game freezes for about two seconds, then crashes and closes. -The Ghost Ship Games Crash Reporter pops up afterward.

I’ve always submitted the logs through the crash reporter.

Aside from the usual Windows, Steam, and DRG updates, nothing has changed on my system.

It just happened again, and here is the message from the crash reporter:

Try updating your BIOS, this has helped other people with a similar crash
