Discord Integration Issue in Miner Union Challenges

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the screen next to the memorial hall entrance
2. Click on it
3. Observe the pop up saying to open Discord on the browser
4. Note that it worked only once despite already opening Discord on the browser

Explanation

The miner union thing only worked once, i already chose my team but now every time i want to check the progress of the challenges it keeps just asking me to open discord on a browser??? it doesn't even open the discord app... then there is the discord where i cant see half the channels or dont even have permission to talk in the bug report chat, please get it together
