Steps to Reproduce

1. Walk up to the main window in the main hub
2. Observe the bug occurring

Explanation

on both of my laptops whenever I'm in the hub the main light texture's and the small little glyphids lose their mind and rubber band all over the place for a few seconds. I've asked around and I've thought it was my gpu formatting but I've double checked and its not
