Steps to Reproduce

1. Im not sure if this specific build is buggy, or its some one time client issue.
2. But it did it once in one elim, then again in a different mission entirely.

Explanation

Insta-killing dreadnoughts with breach cutter, nothing else. I was using execution loki (21112) and electric breach cutter (11113) and anytime I hit a dreadnought with the breach it just one shot it, i have damage text mod and it said like 10 million damage I think. It DOESNT effect any other bug, litterally only dreadnoughts die in one shot.
