Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the left and right bumpers on the Xbox Series X controller to switch between the two tabs.
2. Observe if the crash occurs.

Explanation

When in the season terminal if you spam switch between the situation briefing tab and any other tabs it will crash the game.
I tested this glitch with all the seasons and the glitch worked in all of them.
