Steps to Reproduce
- Use the left and right bumpers on the Xbox Series X controller to switch between the two tabs.
- Observe if the crash occurs.
Explanation
When in the season terminal if you spam switch between the situation briefing tab and any other tabs it will crash the game. I tested this glitch with all the seasons and the glitch worked in all of them.
