Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the perk menu
2. Click on a locked perk that you can unlock
3. Click on the edge of the UNLOCK button, where its pulsing animation would go outside of its minimum size

Explanation

In a perk menu, clicking on the edge of the pulsing UNLOCK button deselects the perk
