Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Shard Diffractor with "Feedback Loop" overclock
2. Go to any mission with it
3. Shoot to waste some ammo and observe the ammo counter

Explanation

Shard Diffractor's "Feedback Loop" overclock breaks ammo counter's smooth recharge, making it go to max clip in one tick
