Loss of Crafting Minerals After Deleting Temporary Save File

Steps to Reproduce
- Create another main save
- Play it on the original save
- When the screen that says you can only have one main save appears, delete the new one
- Enter your original main save
- All minerals gone
Explanation
I played for a day in another computer, so the game created another main save, then i got back to my computer, the game said that it could only have 1 main save, so i deleted the one it created when i was playing in the other PC (even in the other PC i was still playing my original main save), then, all my crafting minerals (bismur, Croppa, enor pearls, phazyonite) got "erased"? i lost them all is what i mean, i don't know how it happened, i looked a little bit online to see if anyone else had the same problem, but found nothing yet, thanks for everything and apologize for any typo.

We cannot fix an issue like this unfortunately.
When accessing the loadout terminal, i noticed my weapons upgrades, overclocks and even the new assignement-required weapons are not usable, in my former loadouts, they remain, but if I change a upgrade, weapon or overclock, It vanishes from the options, as if I never unlocked them
