Customization Buttons Missing for Newly Unlocked Weapons

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unlock a new weapon
2. Note that they don't have frame/color customization buttons in the UI
3. Swap to a different weapon and go back to the newly unlocked weapon (or leave and use the equipment terminal again) to see the buttons appear

Explanation

Newly unlocked weapons don't have frame/color customization buttons until their screen is reloaded
