Game reverts to fullscreen mode after setting to windowed fullscreen

Steps to Reproduce

1. launch the game.
2. press escape and go into option (settings)
3. select graphics tab.
4. change the option under resolution to windowed fullscreen.
5. wis**** save and close the game.
6. open back the game and repete.

Explanation

every time i restart the game after changing the screen mode to windowed fullscreen. the game seam to not register it and turn it back to fullscreen all the time. obiviously its just anoying and impacting the on game launch efficiency has well has kinda locking my computer cause the game need to but and after it remove itself from fullscreen cause i do something else.
