Steps to Reproduce

1. If you use a 2560x1080 (21:9) monitor and open the mission terminal
2. the effect over the map won't cover the right/left side of the screen

Explanation

In a ultrawide monitor the mission terminal ui effect doesnt show to the sides of the screen
