Explanation
After completing an Omen fight in an escort mission in Azure Weald, the Core infuser spawned with only two core slots, the other slots had spawned on the omen platform itself instead of the infuser. After we tried to use the moved slot, the infuser reset to normal. The host and gunner were able to use it fine, but ma and the final member couldn't.
