Steps to Reproduce

1. If terrain or a solid surface intersects the elevator shaft between missions and you happen to be standing above it while the elevator descends.
2. When you reach the elevator, you will phase through the roof of the elevator and stand on the terrain you were caught on while the elevator continues down.
3. This can cause you to be around 50 meters above the elevator, resulting in a potentially lethal fall.
