Explanation
My mods aren't showing up in the modding tab but were showing up when they were like downloading, i had reinstalled windows so i had to re install everything, I have video footage of it happening, and have linked

Unfortunately, this is currently not working consistently. If you restart the game, it will work after 1-2 tries
