Steps to Reproduce

1. We were playing in a 4 player friends only Steam lobby.
2. He wasn't the host.

Explanation

friend of mine is stuck with his gunners promotion. hes rank 25 on his gunner and just completed his gunner promotion assignment as its not available on the assignment list so it cant be done again. basicly stuck i mean when on the promotion screen 'promote' button doesnt appear at all he restarted his game he was in singleplayer and it still didnt his nickname is yusus61
