Leadstorm (Mini-Gun) Barrel Parts Not Rotating Counter-Clockwise During Firing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fire the Mini-Gun.
2. Observe the barrel spinning clockwise.
3. Observe the pieces right behind the barrel not spinning in the opposite direction.
4. Perform the weapon animation by hitting X/🟪 on the console (or the equivalent button on PC).
5. Observe both the barrel and the barrel pieces spin in opposite directions during the weapon animation.
6. Fire the Mini-Gun again and observe that the pieces right behind the barrel stay stationary.

Explanation

Visual bug on the Leadstorm (Mini-Gun), the little pieces behind the barrel don't rotate counter clockwise like they used to. You see it rotate when you do the weapon inspect animation but not firing the gun
