Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the game on the primary monitor
2. Shift the game to a different window

Explanation

In-game cursor will constantly move to the right if the game window is moved to a secondary monitor. This happens with both controller and mouse. Other game functions control normally (i.e. left stick on controller moves normally, no drifting). This affects the mouse cursor on the entire secondary screen as long as the game is open.
