Hazard 1 Missions Incorrectly Providing Hazard 5 Lethal Difficulty Bonuses

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open mission terminal
2. Select any mission
3. Select Hazard 1 for mission difficulty
4. Complete mission as you normally would

Explanation

Hazard 1 - Low Risk difficulty missions are for some reason providing Hazard 5 - Lethal difficulty hazard bonus. I am not using any Sandbox or Approved mods, only Verified mods. This occurs on every mission type in every biome, but only on Hazard 1.
