Steps to Reproduce

1. Run a sandbox mod.
2. Get cheated progress.
3. Disable sandbox mods.
4. Join a non-modded game using your save file with cheated progress.

Explanation

You are able to run sandbox mods in a non-sandbox save, without any hassle. You can then reload the save without verified mods, and even join games using a save with cheated progress.

It should be noted that the sandbox mod I used was "Sandbox Utilities" (https://mod.io/g/drg/m/sandbox-utilities) via the in-game integration.
