Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on an area above a Stabber Vine.
2. Notice how it tends to simply strike the terrain below the player, only sometimes dealing damage.

Explanation

Stabber Vines may have a small targeting issue when attempting to target players that are on a ledge above it.
