Coilgun Deals Less Damage on Frozen Preatorian's Armor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Freeze a Praetorian
2. Charge and fire a shot that impacts the main armor
3. Freeze a different Praetorian
4. Charge and fire a shot that hits the mouth or abdomen, and notice how much more damage it received

Explanation

The coilgun deals much less damage if it hits the armor portion of a frozen Preatorian compared to anywhere else, and I don't think that's normal.
