Steps to Reproduce

1. I can not reproduce this since it is un-reproduceable

Explanation

Not per se a bug, but my progress has been rolled back or glitched back. It also surprised me since i have not played in quite some time! I am, understandably i hope, quite mad at.
I dont have a screenshot or way to produce proof, but i do have achievements, i had a silver-3 star Scout and a bronze-2 star Engineer.
I only have an old clip of me and some friends playing back when i had my first promotion of my Engineer.
Notably i have regressed to miner level 25 and lost all changes to builds, any overclock i got, any assignment i did, my materials; and most saddeningly of all-lost the beer permits i unlocked.
I think i was about miner level 70-75 before this.
