Game Fails to Launch After Successful Installation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the game form steam.
2. Attempt to open via homescreen or steam itself.
3. The app begins to load via the steam load up then stops and does not open the app.

Explanation

Recently I purchased a copy of deep rock via steam, the app installs properly it seems or at least steam detects no bugs. However, it does not open at all. We have spent a few days now troubleshooting and trying ever different suggestion from both steam, reddit, and else where. So far we've confirmed that no critical files are missing, however some other files do not appear, the install appears to be just fine, my device is also capable of running DRG so that isn't the issue either. We've tried multiple versions as well but it just unfortunately never opens beyond the steam loading screen. I do not want a refund, i just want to play the game I know and love again. IN PROGRESS: will update soon if fixed , currently hopeful?
