Steps to Reproduce

1. I asked a simple question related to a post in announcements.
2. He was disrespectful.
3. I told him I'd like help from someone else because he was indeed not helpful.
4. He muted me.
5. He doesn't get to mute people because he's unhelpful and has hurt feelings.
6. I'd like to speak with an Admin of the discord.
