Leeches Grab Player During Iron Will Before Full Invulnerability

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find (spawn) leech
2. Go down in range of leech
3. Activate iron will and gain at least 1 hp to count as living (red s****, vampire, resupply)
4. Before the invulnerability effect wears off, watch the leech reach down (and grab you)

Explanation

Leeches will grab the player during iron will, before the invincibility duration ends, as soon as the player gains health from any source (e.g. 5 hp from vampire).
