Explanation

Player can get stuck inside certain objects such as the lithophage contagion spikes, the drilldozer, or the morkite refinery, there may be more objects that cause this that Im not aware of. The severity ranges from being unstuck after dying once, such as the case with refinery, to being permanently (?) stuck with no apparent way to get out(like in the clip).
Have not done extensive testing on the matter, therefore I do not have the sure method to reproduce this bug.
