Steps to Reproduce

1. Today, I encountered an issue where I couldn't kick a specific player for the first time.
2. This issue started ruining my game experience.
3. My main objective was not completed.
4. I'm unsure if this is a bug, a cheat, or some verified mods, but it's very problematic if you cannot kick/ban people while you are the Host of the server.
5. During the match, I can kick another player, but not the specific one causing the issue.
