Steps to Reproduce

1. Transfer to the game
2. Exit to the game preview
3. Enter Mods
4. Wait and observe the lock that prohibits using mods
5. Agree to the terms of use
6. Observe two inactive buttons: MOD.IO BROWSER and MOD.IO WEBSITE
7. Click the Refresh button and expect to see the message: <...> Need to install 21770 mod.io SDK <...>

Explanation

how to install 21770 mod.io SDK, says no agreement with terms of use. There is no translation into Russian for such notifications, so I can’t give a longer comment.
