Unable to View World Distance Servers Post-Season 5 Update

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your location to somewhere in the Middle East
2. Open the game
3. Open the server list
4. Set the search distance to World

Explanation

I live in the Middle East. Before season 5, I was able to see and join servers that are much farther away from where I live, such as the US and Canada. But now there is pretty much no way for me to see World distance servers.

The only solution is to search for random letters in the search bar, which for some reason, allows me to see those servers. This method is quite tedious.

My game is completely unmodified. I've tried to verify game file integrity, but it didn't help. Changing my Steam download region doesn't solve this either.
