Assignment Unlock Issue: Haz5 Mission Requires Lower Difficulty

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a mission that matches the assignment on haz5 (this may also apply to modded difficulties)
2. Complete the mission
3. Check the assignment board to see if it has changed
4. Note that the assignment board stayed the same before doing the mission
5. Consider the process of doing the mission at the desired difficulty to unlock it as counter-intuitive

Explanation

While doing the assignment to unlock haz5, player MUST play on a difficulty lower than haz5, otherwise the completed mission will not be accounted for the assignment.
IMO you should remove the assignment altogether and replace it with that difficulty system helldivers uses as it just makes more sense (player must complete any of three missions on a previous difficulty to unlock the next one).
