Steps to Reproduce

1. I tried changing my vampire perk
2. Switching to something else
3. Switching back to the original perk
4. Switching to another slot
5. The bug did not get fixed

Explanation

i have the vampire perk at level 4, but when i kill a normal gyrphed i dont get back 5 hp every time, but less, around 1,5 sometimes less sometimes more, and well this is clearly a bug
