Steps to Reproduce

1. start the game with 4090
2. play
3. watch the stutter clip at https://youtu.be/bF_PYnXUWGE

Explanation

I have stutters everywhere, every time i do something i got a small stutter. and the other thing is that my settings are bugged too, i got a 4090 but i dont have dlss frame generation settings, i think that has something to do with the stutters, cuz my friend got a 40 series card too, and he got all those settings and no stutters
