Beast Master Perk Bugs: Slasher Pet Damage Incorrect and Attack Pattern Outdated

Steps to Reproduce

1. Look at damage numbers Slasher pet does, it should do 2.5x normal grunt
2. Kite a grunt while steeve is chasing it. The base grunt will successfully attack you but the steeve will be permanently stuck in slow walking animation and never attack grunt attacking you.

Explanation

Beast Master perk bugs.

1) Slasher pet does incorrect damage of 34.

Grunt does 4 base, x5 = 20 (correct) Slasher does 10 base, x5 = 50 (bugged, does 34 instead)

2) Pets use some outdated attack pattern that fails to attack moving targets. It cannot strafe and cannot attack while moving. (BT_Spider_Grunt_Pet vs BT_Spider_Grunt)
