Steps to Reproduce

1. I'm not sure if I can reproduce, but it seemed like it occurred when I leveled up at the same time as picking up the end of round loot chest during the new drilldozer game mode.
2. I picked my 2 upgrades, but the screen stayed and the action resumed in the background.
3. I was unable to close out of it, or select an upgrade, or salvage.

Explanation

Stuck on picking upgrade but game is resumed which eventually leads to death
