Explanation
Happened in DRG:Survivor at the end of stage 1 of Azure Wealds Haz 3. My screen went black when I was supposed to enter the shop. my screen remained black and I had to alt-tab out and close the game. I also got the Axe in face! achievement for apparently destroying all the rocks, even though I know I didn't do that in stage 1.
